Hi, I used to suffer from them, or so I was told, until they found an AVM in my brain while scanning my head. Thankfully I have had it removed but it was only found because a locum doctor ordered tests.

Sorry to hear that. Have you recovered now? Do you have any long term symptoms?I have memory problems, hemiplegia in my right arm. I also have balance problems. My recovery is slow.

Sadly yes, but I had and still have problems on my left hand side. Due to the AVM being near my cerebellum, after surgery my memory is shocking, fatigue, coordination and balance is awful, I have aphasia and I can’t walk well or very far. My life as I knew it has gone BUT I’m still here! I’m a mum to 9 year old twins, 4 when I had surgery, and I’m here for them and my amazing husband and family. I’m slowly adapting but life goes on
