Online messenger group

Hi everyone!

I posted this about a week ago but the link expired. Have set it up now so the link doesn’t expire!

After speaking with some people on another online group, we thought a Discord group could be good for everyone to get together and have a community where people can just message/ give each other support and encouragement. Whilst making friends with other people dealing with similar problems that we are facing in life, which would be a bit different from the usual forum posts.

I have made a group which is free for everyone to join, all you need to do is to download the discord app from your App Store or I'm pretty sure you can use it on a PC. Once you have the app and created an account you can click the below link which will allow you to join the group where hopefully we can all get chatting with each other and make a great little community.

This is my first time setting up a discord group so there may be some issues at the beginning but I'm sure I can get it working well! And over time I can tweak it to make any changes required.

We may be a small group for now, but we hope this community continues to grow. We currently have members from all around the world which is good to get to know how everyone is getting on. There are a few different sub sections of the group where you can introduce yourself, ask any medical questions, post any daily wins, make friends and a general chat section.

I’m sorry you didn’t get on with the app. The link seems to be working as we have had a few people join recently.

a few of us have joined in to sort out an art exhibition .. it is a good idea but have no idea what discord is ?

It’s basically an online chat room thing and I have set up a server where people with TBI’s have joined and they can chat with each other in real time. We are still a small group but we do hace people from all over the world on there
