ha ha,for anyone that has had dealings with c.h.c/social services, this has to be some kind of record?on tues 2nd may my new b.f.f(social worker)rings with good news.the funding for sean to be placed at new unit approved and she was trying to get transport today or tommorrow for transfer.meeting was wed 26th and we had a b/hol,this was sorted in 3 days.she rang maybe 2 hours later to say that current unit had ongoing "contracts"and sean couldnt leave until 16th.she said they would need to make sure they could offer seans bed to another service user,as to their committments.in other words...
due to the statement i provided at the meeting an urgent removal of a vunerable person was ordered.clearly there is an investigation process in hand.i have not initiated this, indeed i made it clear that i wouldnt do anything until my son was elsewhere.what else could they do?they have had nurses from military services just turning up asking questions...a manager who got sick and never turned up for a meeting when she must have known what i was going to do.this is a win for sean and myself, but i get no comfort for it.for all out there please understand..if its not right then say so.if they dont listen, start shouting...sean back on facebook(bad lad)reporting he has shaved beard off and looks 20 yrs younger.he is incredible and so strong, what can you do....

They better be holding Sean's spot in the new digs, or I'd be down there giving it to them again. With all the need for beds I do not believe they can't fill that spot tomorrow!Unfortunately sometimes you do need to raise Caine, Abel and the oxen they plowed the fields with, to get anything to happen.
You go, girl.
Hopefully this will make it better for others as well. Sadly it often takes a lot of complaints, though that isn't on us, we can only do what we can do.
I’ve been reading your posts for sometime as although my son is now being cared for at home, I’ve had similar battles and a response from the CHC in a few days is definitely a world record!! Unfortunately those that ‘shout’ have a better chance and your boy is so lucky to have you.
Keep fighting for what is right. I send lots of love and virtual support to you and Sean 😘
