Thank you so much! I have downloaded the paper and will try to concentrate long enough to read it later. I too believe that creativity is a massive help and I create pieces for Mind to sell and am also involved with potentially starting a creative project with Headway Somerset x

Hi P. Yes my hypothesis was that if I could concentrate on painting (when I couldn't on anything else) that it must help my brain function overall. I'll keep painting, but try and skip the digitalis and so on, interesting as the paint effects apparently are!
