We'd like to take this opportunity to wish you all a very merry Christmas and a happy New Year.

It's been wonderful to see this community growing and coming together over another turbulent year. Thank you all so much for being part of it!

The Headway helpline and most Headway groups and branches will be closed from today until the New Year, with the helpline reopening on 4th January.
