🥱 <------ think it should be an 'OFF' day for me tomorrow ; feet have hardly touched the ground today & just finished sanitising my groceries from a late night shop ! (10.30pm)… (Actually no chance ; it's Grandson's birthday, so all the joys of an outdoor distancing 'party' with own food & drinks)

Just hope we don't need these - ☂ ! x

I thought I was alone in the fatigue world until I joined HealthUnlocked and people’s post made me realise I’m not and my other “symptoms” people also suffer with them too..

I always feel better after a HealthUnlocked session 😁
