NHS broken

Had brain heamorrage in January, follow up appointment was in June, brain scanned in July ( results should take 2-3 weeks ) just got appointment for brain scan follow up December 31st, so it's taken the 5 months and I find out if they want to operate again ( that's what they were talking about) on New Year's Eve. I couldn't make it up. The NHS is in disarray.

Unfortunately people don’t know the extent of the problems until they need it.

However I can’t complain they saved my life and more importantly the quality of my life.

I will always have respect for the people who work hard tirelessly and thanklessly to provide the service we have.

Yes I respect the people as they also saved my life. My brother was a rep selling to the NHS , one day he was bragging ( salesman trait I'm afraid) about finding a hospital that was paying 5k for a certain product, he went in and sold them his companies product for 4.5k and undercut them (despite the fact his product sold elsewhere for 2k). I flipped my life as it's our money that drug companies are stealing from a corrupt NHS.

Talking to a gp a few weeks ago who told me they get warnings when they don't have enough patients on statins ( yet again drug companies dictating to the NHS ) .
