I have severe headache after my head operation last year march. what course of that ?

Have you asked your doctor ? Headache after brain injury isn't uncommon but with so little information on the type of injury, and surgery involved, it's impossible to know.

The headaches could be nerve damage or simply the result of invasive surgery where traces of blood beneath the skull which haven't yet dissipated. Then there are rebound headaches which can result from repeated pain medication, where the meds are actually causing the pain and need to be changed or stopped for a while. And of course stress is one of the commonest causes of headaches.

But your doctor will have your medical history to enable him/her to decide the course of action, whether that's pain management, stress management, or a referral back to your neuro-physician.

PS ; almost forgot to mention...… you need to be drinking plenty of fluids as dehydration can cause continuous headache.....
