Just took some after 2nd injection of the day, along with taking other stuff.

Guess this really IS a digestive/absorption issue.

Please do your own research of course.

Hope it helps.

A leaky gut can prevent brain healing and recovery. A leaky gut often occurs because of a brain injury. The vagus nerve meanders all the way down from the neck into the gut so if the brain is unhappy so too the gut. By regulating the breathing, we can manually regulate the vagus nerve into a calm state. However the brain is constantly telling the body its not well, its not right, it needs something else, give me more healing via the nerves to the neck and down the vagus to the gut.

By looking after the gut, we can give the brain what it needs - high vitamins and nutrients. Leaky gut prevents absorption. Following a diet of simple meals, I found I noticed the most progress. Meals of just brown rice with cardamom and salt. Meals of just salmon and broccoli. Meals of just lettuce and chicken. Meals of just a smoothie or just a juice. By intermittent fasting, the body becomes alert to the food that is eaten and treats it with a little more respect instead of just kicking it into the colon without properly digesting leaving fatigue.

Using foods which heat the body, can facilitate better circulation, warmth, and flow. E.g. Ginger, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Liquorice, Echinacea, Gingko Biloba.

I had B12 injections with ozone and they kick started nerve healing. I also started supplemented with vitamins which maintained the impact of injections.

Good luck with your recovery. Best
