Walk With The Baron

With only eight weeks remaining before the big day, the question is, is anybody out there organising a walk on the 1st of July? I'm aware of one or two in the UK and a few dotted around Australia and the US, but obviously the more the merrier!

In the last push for press interest, I would love to be able to mention as much interest as possible in order to gain more walkers raising awareness...

Hi Andy cant see any responses, thats such a shame. But ill still be there, perhaps its too overwhelming for folks to organise, i know i would struggle.

Unfortunately today is not a good day but will drip you a pm later this week, need to get tshirts for the day.

Hi Janet,

I've just been talking to Headway on the phone about this very topic. I've maybe been a little naive in thinking folk would be at all interested in a bit of a get together wherever they are to hopefully raise awareness. Thus far, the UK seems a little disinterested in my idea, but never mind, I'll do my best to make it work in whatever way I can. There's time yet and I'll certainly be doing more radio interviews in that time and that might lead to more, who knows?

I know there will be at least a few folk walking with me in Lincoln and the number has grown a bit and hopefully continues to do so.

Well, the idea is to walk 26 miles or 26 inches, it's all about the awareness rasing...
