Hi felix, have you thought about a claim against the other driver, if they are at fault? I looked on the headway list of solicitors to start a claim for my partner, as he had a motorbike accident and the car driver was found liable, they pulled out of a side road into him. It's worth looking into. I would much rather this had never happened but now it has, the claim will help him when he still carries on the recovery at home.

Same hear been 6years may 27. Still getting better every 6 months get knock backs still but keep looking back and you will see improvement keep pushing your self.

Just be truthful and don't minimise your issues. We're often apologetic about symptoms such as fatigue in case it comes over as laziness, but after a brain injury fatigue can be a really imposing problem so don't be afraid to emphasis that or any other of your after-effects/injuries.

These people simply want the facts so no need to be apprehensive. If you were discharged with hospital notes have those at hand, if not it won't be a problem.
