It’s bad energy that I have. Now I’m going turn that into positive energy and fight. By that I mean,I’m going to do every thing to fight my head injury.
Physically I’m good . It’s the stuff that’s going on in my head.thats the problem.
Might be helpful to keep a diary of events & observations and their effects on you. That way you can form the bigger picture of your progress, what benefits your state of mind and what to avoid.
Yoga? Meditation A little light spring cleaning or clearing out? Any possibility of helping somewhere for an hour or two... Dog walking? Food bank? Reading to an elderly person? Swimming? Cycling.... Joining a choir
