Hi Ghost on Point I'm interested in what tablets you take regarding the levels of sharpness and levels of focus and awareness you are having as this is something I have always struggled with. Any recommendations would be gratefully appreciated.
Just two tablets in morning or midday. Just that bit more Cheery, much quicker in problem solving, assertive and situationally aware on preemptive on other people's tasks +problems. Just feels like the long forgotten part of me&skills returned. Not needing catch up naps either. Do feel that I need/wish for more time in bed once awake in morning.. Wish I'd used sleep app for afew weeks before tablets & compare now.
All headaches, Light sensitivity same.
