I'm due to have my operation in the next two weeks, after it's been cancelled 3 times! I'm just wanting to know how long I should be waiting to play contact sport again? (Football)

Morning

This is probably a question for your consultant to advise on. It depends on how the operation goes and possibly what medication you need post op. I think they don't like you playing contact sports if on warfarin and others.

Could you keep some fitness up in the gym ? I swim/yoga/badminton and cycle ...

good luck :-)

Well yeah I know that but I just thought someone might have been able to help me not a fan of the first two haha. I have been playing badminton and going out on my bike but to be honest football is the one for me 😂
