I'm due to have my operation in the next two weeks, after it's been cancelled 3 times! I'm just wanting to know how long I should be waiting to play contact sport again? (Football)

Morning
This is probably a question for your consultant to advise on. It depends on how the operation goes and possibly what medication you need post op. I think they don't like you playing contact sports if on warfarin and others.
Could you keep some fitness up in the gym ? I swim/yoga/badminton and cycle ...
