Have you got a thermometer? Take the temperature and if you are worried dial 111. As with anyone (with or without a bi) a temperature that is too high can be a sign that something is wrong.

Hi do you mean you have a high temperature or do you feel hot. There is a difference.

I have problems regulating how hot I feel. If I do anything or am in a warm environment I suddenly will start to sweat and feel hot. This continues even if I try to cool down. Even eating a meal will cause this to happen.

All through this my actual temperature stays within normal range.

Monitor your temperature and if it is high seek help.

Just back from the doctors , she's not that concerned because what ever I have hasn't developed in a infection yet!!!

Just seen this post. Mmm annoying it's got to turn into an infection before its classed as serious.

Hopefully it settles and if not that they will see you straight away.
