Good grief Nikki, you're out & about within 6 weeks ? I hear this a lot these days so maybe there's a faster turnover of beds these days.

I had a SAH 5 years ago and was only just in rehab at 6 weeks so you're doing well. But you need to pace yourself and test out your physical/mental stamina before considering a return to work.

So many of us have assumed we're fine after discharge from hospital and that we can resume where we left off ; then we're surprised when we're overcome by burnout !

It's good to push your personal boundaries little by little, but remember they're new boundaries since your aneurism so treat them with respect m'dear.

Hope to see more of you Nikki. Best wishes Cat x

Try special brain recovery diets using Tina M Sullivan's 'Nourish Your Noggin' cookbook. If you like Thai food cooked in coconut oil and ginger or dark chocolate, that also matches the tips here.

Hope you get well soon. Sounds like you are making good progress.
