Long term hopeful news for those with reduced mobility

Hi all hope you are having the best day possible.

I have just read a fantastically hopeful piece on the BBC red button science text.

If I read it right it says that paraplegic people have begun to get sensation in their limbs through brain training a robot or one of the high tech walking devices.

I'm sure it won't be too long before the makers of games like mindscape start to develop variations of it to make it more accessible.

I've been talking this morning with people who experience depression alongside long term conditions and I know that some of our members are going through a rough time at the moment.

I just wanted everyone to know that there is always hope.

And at least 2 of our Olympians have been in a coma in the past.

Love n hugs

Yes angelite and there is a lot more information there than in the text news.

Thanks for finding that I will read it all over the next couple of days.
