Casting Off

Six long weeks and the cast is gone. Now two more in a removable splint. Just had the greatest shower of my life while my wrist sheds skin like a chameleon with sunburn.

Still bloody agony though, deep joy

glad cast is off! i know what you mean about the shower,when the cast came off my foot i had the best bath ever! hope the pain goes soon xx

Assist? I was doing it one handed anyway. A nine year old and a fourteen year old were little help where washing up was concerned!
