I can see the Prince Charles resemblance, maybe he would look more like Charlie in about 40-50 years time :). This actor is probably around 30-40 years old.

Prince Charles and Freddie Mercury come to mind but no actors.Can we narrow it down-is he British or from overseas ?Comedy or Drama ?

Like I said to Sporan, he is around 30-40 years old. American actor and usually stars in comedies.
