HI Matt, have heard of the melatonin link before.

I'm afraid I sleep withe bedroom light on(prevents disorientation) . TV orlaptop on for music/background noise, otherwise I would be listening to an angry lawnmower (tinnitus )in my left ear all night !

Sleep like a log-don't think I need the goggles,life knocks me out ! : )

Hi Angelite,

I only looked this up when a friend told me about bluelight after I mentioned about waking up at stupid hours and not getting back to sleep. I was going to download something to block bluelight on my iPad but it costs 4 quid! No thanks. It sounds like you would have to download some sort of bluelight blocker for all devices, I wonder if you can download them for general lights in the house? Haha, joking. I think the bluelight could be a bit of sleep problem but I don't think it wrecks sleep. It obviously does not wreck your sleep. I think it depends on the person really.

Take care,

MJ

i have day light bulbs through the whole house as i am registered blind/severly vision impaired they are great and do not cause any disturbance or reflection or glare i have them in the strip light also
