Has anyone looked into or tried the Lightning Process for their constant fatigue?

I had to google it, I don't know if it's a scam or not cos you can only learn the process with a registered practitioner. I'm sceptical of things that you read about, seem to be endorsements from people saying its good and it works but rather contact someone I personally am in touch with who has found benefits. The website I looked at said it was £650 to attend a 3 day seminar, bet you could learn all there is to know in one day, £10.99 for an introductory book that doesn't explain the process!!!! Janet

Ok so I googled it...mind-body connection...sounds like a form of mindfulness meditation.

That was my final decision and I do that most of the time anyway, I think that's got me where I am today, wasn't considering spending that kind of money, might have bought the book if it was of any use but looked it up on Amazon and the look inside it gave you seems to confirm my suspicions.
