Whilst the reports on the internet seem to disagree on his well being. They all concur that he has been moved out from the Intensive care unit.

Some progress but must be so painful for his family

Which ever way sounds like, it's a long and very uncertain road.

I agree with roger. Very uncertain road. He has been in a coma for a long time.

I'VE BEEN WONDERING HOW HE IS. GOOD TO HEAR HE'S OUT OF INTENSIVE CARE BUT I FEEL HE HAS A LONG ROAD AHEAD.

A long road, under a bright spotlight for everyone

And bbc.co.uk/news/world-europe...

So out of a coma, luckily taken away from the spotlight. Hope he does well and most importantly doesn't just look back.

I just noticed on the BBC News site that he is now out of a coma and has been released from hospital. It will be a long hard road to recovery but I'm sure he will get there.

So many people saying hell be better soon, etc but they are being unrealistic. It will be a very long time till he is near their vision of recovered if at all.

I hope his family get some of the old Michael back.

I read so many different reports that he is on a ward, going into rehab, going home etc. and that he was on the mend. I didn't want to post a link as it would probably be wrong anyway

They featured the story on the BBC news tonight and there was the usual bad behaviour from the press photographers

I wish him well, at least he will have the best care available and may just draw some light onto head injuries if he does recover. I am sure it must be tough on his family like every family and they have the media glare as well.

Thought he could have made a decent recovery and pour all his money into the 'headstrong foundation", now it looks like he'll be keeping it to himself to live a not-to-shabby life after brain injury.

Definitely. It's all worryingly quiet I was thinking the other day. I really really feel for him & his family x

Its great to hear that things are improving for Michael its a shame the media tend to muddy what is happening doesn't help a lot of people who are wishing him well also don't forget his family who have been through it too may god bless them in the continued recovery of Michael !

Barny why are you so down on Michael he has every right to use his money how he sees fit if he choses to donate to a charity connected to head injury surely thats his business and not up for public scrutiny !
