I take 1/2 piriton to help me sleep, occasionally, I take blood pressure tablets too , consultant told me it was ok to do so , I would check with your GP though, what is ok for one does not necessarily mean its ok for someone elsexx

I tried them but found although they initially helped they soon caused bad tiredness during the day check with your doctor before trying them !

I use lavender and camomile a lot to relax. I suggest avoiding peppermint and green tea because if will give the brain a lot of energy and keep you awake.

I totally changed my diet after the haemmoarage because diet definetly affects the brain. I'm now a vegan after reading 'power food for the brain' and more much relaxed. My brain is getting much more oxygen without all the saturated fat.

Good Luck

I tried them didn't really do much for me, Dormeasan from H&B is a stronger form of valerian it works but has given me bad dreams. Also 5-htp is very relaxing but doesn't quite get me to sleep and I worry about too much serotonin. I would give Dormeasan Sleep a try.
