Newly Diagnosed with HHD

Hi there, I have just been diagnosed with HHD after years of conversations with doctors that it is not infected (Atopic) Eczema so it has now been confirmed. I have had many lotions and potions over the years to the extent that my skin in some parts are getting thinner and wondered if there was anything out there that I can try when I have a breakout.
