Graves remission

So Confused, after 3 years of being treated for hyperthyroidism I have been told I have Graves in remission by a dr who I've never seen before that glanced at results

Euthyroid eye disease by a psychiatrist who also said that I've probably had Graves for a long time, this wouldn't have been my first flare up (GP sent me for suspected bi polar)

I'm off meds feel I'm much better except extreme mood swings, insomnia or extreme tiredness/muscle weakness, no appetite

I hate prescription meds but need help, apparently AD's won't work neither will mood stabilizers, so have been left with sleeping tablets, also get palpitations which I take nothing for

Which are no help for daily life/work etc

Any advise appreciated
