If anyone suffers from a Hyperthyroidism condition? Could you help me?
How are you dealing with this and also even though i was diagnosed with this condition about 4yrs ago, i did loss alot of weight then over the years I've gained so much weight and feel so fed up as I've been doing healthy diets, gym, jogging around the block, trying not to eat for the whole day sometimes either bcos busy at work or really dnt want to gain weight again. Nothing seems to work. Has anyone suffering with this condition and have noticed weight gain, tiredness, depression and similar situations to mine. I've had No success with losing weight. Really fed up of being around people who dnt understand anything about the condition and just like to mention my weight gain.
need some help!

I truly understand I was diagnosed over two decades ago and a mother with two. Tiredness and weight gain are just the beginning of the symptoms. For years I have been on synthroid(thyroid medication) but my weight has been a constant issue. Until recently I was just living frustrated until I came across some research that has been life altering. My diet has been one of the contributing factors to my thyroid and I never really new about it. What I thought was healthy food wasn't healthy at all. Inf fact it was contributing to my hypothyroidism. Start looking at your diet for starters. Believe me I understand. I started a blog because just like you I wanted answers and nobody understands unless they have it. My blog is reversehypothyroidism.infos...
