Premier Inn? To eat or not to eat...

Hi, does anyone know if Premier Inn provide gluten-free food? I want to book a hotel to stay overnight with my family the night before our flight, but the closest hotel is Travelodge, which doesn't have a restaurant/bar at all. The next closest is Premier Inn...I can't get through to their restaurant over the phone :s

It's usually a pub....so I would have steak, salad but I don't have mayo or dressings......normally works ok for me....

If you find the hotel online it will shower a link to the pub....then you can check out the menu....

Premier Inns are usually linked to a chain pub, although some of them have their own catering in-house. The best coeliac care I have experienced so far was from a Brewer's Fayre whilst staying in a Premier Inn. Have a look on their website to see who is providing the catering and then check out their website, they may have a full breakdown of the menu and the GF options.

Yes I went to a funeral and stayed at Premier Inn with Brewer's Fayre. I spoke to the Manager and was able to have the cooked breakfast (bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms, scrambled eggs) plus fruit and herbal teas etc. Of course ensure they use separate tongs for you and don't use the same pans or oils that they do for gluten. Not all Premier Inn's have these placed attached to them. They are owned by Whitbread so you could call them and ask for more info: whitbread.co.uk/whitbread.html
