soda,whisky and rum

What has been your experience with Whisky and Rum and Vodka? And how about mixing them with soda? Does this upset your stomach to the extent of being like 'glutened' for some time?

Do I have to stop alcoholic drinks altogether?

I don't know everything...but I would say that IF it bothers you, eliminate it....

yea michellbarbara i agree i dont touch vodka or rum as it sets me off and had soda on friday last week and had a foggy head till 2day oh and no malt wiskey eather

As a gin and tonic girl, I wouldn't know...but I've not had any bad reactions to it....I alway like a glass of white wine.....so until it makes me feel bad I shall keep a bottle of gin in....
