how do i find my coeliac levels as i am new to this.

See a doctor and if you are still consuming gluten they will do a blood test. This is not always conclusive and the "gold standard" test is to do an endoscopy (tube down your throat) to snip a small portion of your intestines to identify if you have damaged tissue typically caused by coeliac disease.

If you are not still eating gluten the only option is either a "gluten challenge" - eat gluten for 3 weeks then have either/both of the above or a DNA test (although this is relatively new and they usually prefer to do one of the above).
