My 9 year old daughter is getting fed up with packed lunch, Does anyone have ideas for her? Must be Wheat, Gluten and Dairy free? Thanks

Hi - what is it you normally give her for her packed lunch at the moment? And what is it she dislikes ? The routine or particular foods?

Have you tried gluten free pasta with various bits - eg, little tomatoes, chopped salad and maybe pieces of chicken or sausage, or even baked beans mixed in, in a lunchbox, or tuna and salad with pasta? It is difficult for you, especially if she can't eat cheese. Gluten free crackers are available too, but my son isn't keen on them, and I don't know if they're dairy free.

pasta salad, rice salad, quinoa salad - with tuna, chicken, tomatoes, sweetcorn, ham, grated carrot, kidney beans, cucumber, egg

you can change the tastes with spices and herbs (eg chicken tikka).

fruit purée, nuts, veg crisps, fresh fruit, jelly pots or flans made with rice/soya milk

wraps, rice or buckwheat crackers, pancakes
