We hope you've all had a good Easter break and had time to re-charge your batteries.

We've been busy expanding our tools for Guerrillas. We've launched our Gluten Free Guerrillas Pinterest page. For those of you that aren't familiar with one of the fasting growing social media tools it's like your own online scrap book. You simply create visual scrapbooks for any topic that takes your fancy. Then you 'pin' away by selecting images from websites or your own albumns. Of course we're slightly obsessed with all things gluten free so it's not hard to guess the topic of ours! We thought you might like to hop across to our board and take a look here: pinterest.com/gfguerrillas/

As we've explained before this is a health forum and within the terms of the site hosts we cannot post about food recipes. Instead we have lots of discussions about food on our Facebook page forum. However, we know how hard it can be to find and easily remember great gluten free recipes so we've launched Pinterest with a focus on recipes that we think are great for GF Breaki, lunch and dinner. If you know a great website that you'd love us to feature let us know and we'll pin it and add it to the resources for Guerrillas.

The added benefit to Pinterest is that you can access it from your mobile phone's web browser (if you have a Smartphone) and easily scroll for ideas and inspiration.

We've included:

- our library of favourite books for GF living

- recipes for breakfast, lunch and dinner

- Great GF beers

- make-up that is gluten free

- our favourite GF products

- our favourite Gluten Free Friendly restaurants

We hope that this is useful for newbie and old coeliacs alike.

Sign up:

To interact fully with Pinterest you need to sign up for an account which takes 5 minutes (it's currently still in BETA phase so it's request only and can be slow in places when you are 'pinning'). You'll then receive an email and you can link your Pinterest account to Facebook or Twitter.

Of course if you create your own Pinterest don't forget to tell us so we can follow you back.
