You feel better and your gut heals and eventually goes back to normal. Apart from that, if you eat sensibly then absolutely nothing else!

you most likely put weight on doctors are pleased if you do. i have put 3 stone on and im finding it very difficult to loose it

i have been eating GF for over 40 years. made a few mistakes and suffered for it but thats ow we learn isn't it. but believe me its not worth breaking the diet, it hurts, we are al different in some ways but with me, if i break the fiet i am sick after a very short time, the runs come back, i get a belly ache for a very long time, i got off my food and that means i lose weight as well. please dont be tempted to break the diet.
