If you are buying cassava flour as a flour substitute, avoid this one. I've been noticing more people on Amazon reviews stating it is not gluten free, even though labelled so. I've been made ill by it, and I would avoid it like the plague.

That's a shame - it is almost impossible to find gluten free flour that is both fairtrade and organic - I hadn't seen this one - but thank you - I will avoid it.
