Easter cookies made with ground sesame seeds and ground quinoa.

Hi everyone,

As it's Easter and we're all in lockdown I thought I'd share these cookies I made today they're supposed to be biscuits but they're more like cakes.

I ground some sesame seeds and quinoa in a coffee grinder and added those to some S/R GF flour and they came out a treat. Sesame seeds pack a calcium punch and quinoa is a complete food so both are healthy.

For those who are self isolating HU have a forum to help us through the lockdown so here's a link to the recipe of the cookies on there:

There are quite a few of us in lockdown who eat gluten free and the community os to help us all through this period of isolation so please feel free to join us.

Take care and stay safe everyone.

Yes I enjoy the different views. I am not vegan or veggie although we do eat a lot of meat free meals.
