migraine and celiac are strongly linked. I suffered for over 30 years with migraines until recently i started taking Magnesium and B complex. It has changed my life as i write this i have not had a migraine for 5 weeks. Before it would be 20 out of 30 days i would be suffering. Its not a quick fix but results can vary. If you have migraine and are celiac give it a try. I use Mag-citra by Healthaid cost around £9.

Thank you and definitely worth a try. I think I will try and find a brand without all the additives, though.
Perhaps try some foods containing magnesium?
I think coeliac causes multiple deficiencies that doctors do not address in their advice.
I firmly believe that even after following a GF diet for a number of years individuals are still ingesting gluten from idiot products that claim to be gluten free, thus continuing a low level of villi damage that prevents the absorption of micronutrients, hence the extra magnesium and b-vits helping.
Best advice is to follow a diet free of all gluten and all products that claim to be gluten free. Ignore all the food list from Coeliac UK and follow a whole diet free of additives/preservatives/all grains. Take a good range of supplments in the first 12 months and avoid alcohol/tea/coffee to heal leaky gut/repair villi.
5HTP also good for repairing villi.
All classic standard advice in UK for doctors/NHS dieticians falls short of what coeliac sufferers require.
