Could it be Low Iron - causing the migraines - due to mal-absorption ?

I would ask GP for the following to be tested - B12 - Folate - Ferritin - VitD. Ferritin is good around 70 - if lower then a full iron profile test should be done to rule out anaemia. B12 good at 500 plus - Folate good at mid-range and VitD at 100+

You are legally entitled to have copies of all your test results with ranges so you can monitor your progress. Absorption of vital nutrients often poor when a coeliac. Do nit supplement iron before tests are done ...

Yes, a migraine is often the first symptom I get having been glutened

Thank you, I thought it was linked to being glutened.

I am Coeliac and my migraines have completely stopped since going gluten and soya free (they are similar proteins so soya can be mistaken for gluten by the body). Good luck!
