Hi everyone...when me my family are sat chilling on weekends having crisps etc..I have my some boring n some OK crisps..but recently I was told about doritos bein gluten free. If so many websites say different things. Anybody know anything about them? Each flavour etc. I know it's only some crisps but every item is important to know about

Hi Sid,

Be careful with crisps because some of the flavourings contain wheat.

However, Seabrooks brand are all gluten free and have lots of flavours. Also look for Real Eat hummus and lentil chips that are really tasty. Both these brands are widely available in UK. As we often say on here, read the label. Some retailer own label crisps are OK, but do check.

Hi BabsyWabsy yes the main ingredients I look out for in all my snacks include wheat. And every crisp you have mentioned I have had lol. Yes I have to say they are tasty

Seabrook's are a good choice, lots of different flavours too, sadly doritos are not good, tescos do a gf range of a dorito, cheese flavour , they are yum, just be careful what you are eating, you sound new to this.😂
