Soy can be a problem too

To persons who are wondering why they are still not feeling well on gluten-free consider that Soy can also be just as irritating. Soy is used in many food preparations and like gluten is also hidden in many foods. Check for products that contain soy or are processed in places that product wheat and soy products.

Hi,

I have some lots of research on this and soya itself is gluten free BUT the manufacturing methods are not as many facilities use same factory that process wheat products...as a coeliac chef I find this frustrating and have eliminated soya from our diet and our recipes.

Hope this helps 👍
