Accidental gluten consumption

Hi has anyone struggled with a weird dizzy / reverberation sensation following an accidental gluten consumption?

Was out for dinner on Sunday evening......immediatly following the consumption I was sick then the bad stomach followed and was unsettled until yesterday. Today I have woken up with this weird dizzy sensation?

Any connection do you think?

The effects of gluten vary so much from person to person. If the symptoms carry on, perhaps it would be a good idea to talk to your doctor.

Make sure you keep well hydrated.

Possibly - symptoms vary so much person to person.

If it was due to a mistake made in the restaurant, not by you, it's worth calling to let them know - they just assume all was ok otherwise!

I get this - vertigo feeling the day after is the first sign...followed by extreme brain fog, dizziness and awful joint pain to the point where I can’t walk properly. I may ask break out in dermatitis on my hands and around three days after being glutened I get horrendous depression.

I get it too, dizziness that is a bit like being drunk and makes me bump into walls I normally navigate. I also get tingly hands, crunchy painful joints and a thick head. It's no fun. I just try and flush it all through and eat lots of veg and salad to get rid of the gluten as quickly as possible :/
