I would like to share the fact I had my first pie in over 3 yrs this week.

Using a gluten and dairy free short crust pastry mix.

I openly confess I cried a little as I have really missed a good pie!

Ah looks lovely. You can buy ready made Gluten Free (and dairy free) Jus Rol pastry, from Ocado, Tesco and soon Sainsbury too. It's in the freezer section. Enjoy the pie! 😀
