Hey so is there no possible cross contamination??

For next year, how about sourcing some pure chocolate, the stuff the good chocolatiers use and make your own?    I used to do this for my children.  the pure chocolate was expensive to buy, but well worth expense knowing my children were going to have their eggs and no side effects.  I used to use this chocolate in cakes and other things.  I always used at  least 70% cocoa solid.  You can also make it using cocoa powder and copha adding sweetness as you go.  I am not sure what copha is marketed as here in England. It is similar to coconut oil solids I think.
