This may be a strange question but...has anybody else suffered from cold feet and a cold butt?

Oh yes, most definitely! I have a cold bum cos it's a big chubby and I've read that the blood supply can't reach the outer surface of the body. My feet are always cold , but they're not chubby so have no answer there!
I have had both for a while but never thought it could have anything to do with food intolerance it just put it down to bad circulation, problem i guess is there could be lots of side effects but unless we all say about our own side effects we wont ever know which ones are related Jill,
I do but I have raynaulds syndrome
My doctor said that very cold hands and feet can be part of vitamin B deficiency. Perhaps you need your B12 levels checked?
Hi,
I've just been diagnosed with mild adrenal insufficiency. I frequently have cold hands and feet (and everywhere else for that matter!).
You may wish to consider having your cortisol level checked to see if it's healthy. Be warned though - my understanding is that the blood test has to be drawn by 9am. This one caught me out first time. Cortisone levels fluctuate throughout the day and are highest first thing in the morning.
Good luck!
So sorry everyone, and thanks for responding...but I didn't know anyone had! No notifications anymore
If my feet get a bit cold I get cramp. Don't know if its anything to do with coeliac though.
