I'm with you there! Why fix it when it's not broken!

Used to love this site. Doesn't work for me at all. So disappointed.

I am really struggling with this new site. In order to get used to it and overcome the struggles and combat any 'resistance to change' I have logged on nearly every day to get more experience. I have tried to think positive about it but I don't think it is very user friendly.

Hi Urbangirl,

I am afraid I have to agree with you on the new look. While I understand the reasons for the update, I am also finding this new format very clunky and unuser-friendly.

It's lost some of its previous magic for me. I don't find the layout half as good or as easy to access. Pages take longer to load - the boring routine rubbish (in the black bottom bit) tends to load first and not the topic you are looking for.

And where has my posting history gone to? Not found that yet!

Regalbirdy I think that posting history is really important to be able to locate. I have been given some good advice by members and now it is difficult to find this, especially as, unless the search history facility has been fixed, it is hard to isolate topics to GF Guerrillas. I have always found this site so helpful and of course it will continue to be so, but I am finding it frustrating to use for the reasons you have and others have given.

I don't like the news feed..I can only see three posts, but there must be more. And today was the first email update I have received in weeks

And why does it jump straight to add comment before you have read the question and subsequent replies?!

Keep the comments coming and we'll feedback to the tech team. We hate the changes too. Hospital reviews have disappeared, it's harder to search and polls now cut off half the questions. Recommend sounds odd. Why not just a thumbs up if you like someone's posts. The old homepage was handy to see things at a glance. Change is always a learning process. Hopefully the techies will take on board the usability teething problems and work to resolve them.

I just find the new site so user unfriendly. So I don't come here very much any more. It is very hard to work out where to go and the posts that come up are all very old which suggests others are having the same problem.
