Just read the blog and it looks very interesting,I too was wondering if there are any alternative routes to avoid injections/operations/drops. Are you going to give it a try?

Think you will still need to do whatever the doctor recommends to bring down the eye pressure; just watched the UK Q&A webinar from Jan 27th where vitamin B3 was discussed youtube.com/live/tJtwwhYCd9I so I'm now even more interested in the efficacy of NMN (which is derived from NAM an active form of B3) as a potential additional treatment to encourage retina health. There's been quite a few scientific studies if you look for "NMN and Retina", this one was interesting because we know how high IOP over time may affect the blood vessels going to the optic nerve and retina - when you get the variations in retinal thickness, cupping of the optic nerve , cell death, loss of vision...pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/articl.... I have also read some anecdotal statements of people taking NMN saying they could "see better" such as reading the ingredients on the backs of packets of food in the supermarket that they could not do before.
