I am finding it more challenging to spend a day in front of my PC monitors. Does anybody know the optimal screen settings for people with glaucoma?

It is really a case of trial and error as needs vary. Having had Glaucoma for 2 3 years, I try to have everything on the screen large and in dark mode. I find it much easier to read in dark mode which I use on all devices. After twenty minutes I rest my eyes by looking away from the screen and looking at different points in the room and out through the window. Thankfully I am not obliged to look at a screen all day.
Agree with this - I use dark mode on some websites, though not all. I even buy watches that have black faces and light numerals now as it seems much clearer.
I can't read the laptop with my eye that has glaucoma but since cataract op on my other I got some glasses for laptop distance that have a coating on which helps a bit.
