i’ve just had my eight week checkup and my pressure has stayed below 10 which is what they wanted it to be. They have taken two drops away from my routine so I’m down to 4 drops a day and I can go back to the as long as I only do cardio on bike no weight training or hit for another month and I feel great now I can get back to the gym

i’ve got to go back in two weeks but hopefully then the checkups will be more spaced out then that means I’m nearly fully recovered
