I have seen some comments on here about the shortage of Monopost and wondered if this was still the case for some as I have been told by a few pharmacists that this is still the case! I am allergic to drops that contain preservatives and now being told that there isn’t an alternative!! I’m panicking slightly now as I have only got 5 days with of drops left .. can anyone advise if they know of an alternative.. thanks 🙏

I’ve had the same situation and was worried about changing to a drop including preservative . My local pharmacist finally had Monopost again last Friday , when I had just 3 doses left , so I hope the same happens for you .
You need to contact your glaucoma consultant who will prescribe a suitable alternative. I sent an email to mine via her PA who prescribed Lumigan PF and I took the email to my GP so the prescription could be signed off and handed over.
My pharmacy is still unable to source Monoprost. I have been provided with Saflutan via my GP, which is preservative free and was suggested by my local eye hospital in the South West. Hope that helps.
