what’s open angle glaucoma, I’ve recently had my drivers license revoked due to open angle glaucoma

Hi. Open angle glaucoma is the most common type of glaucoma. I presume that you have done a visual field test at Specsavers as requested by the DVLA? If you have done this already and they have revoked your license then you can appeal this by getting another test at an independent optometrist of your choice. Thank you for your quick reply, is there any surgical procedures that could improve my field's results I’m obviously devastated not being able to drive

I am afraid not - there are only treatments and surgeries which can help to slow down the rate of further vision loss. As mentioned you can appeal your results, and there is more information about how to do this in the booklet that I linked above.
