Glaucoma and macula degeneration
Hi there. Macular and glaucoma are slightly different but it might help to speak to the Macular Society on 0300 3030 111 as they will be able to answer any questions that you might have. I'm sure some people on this forum will be able to let you know their experiences too.
Hello,
Just wanted to wish you all the best. I don’t know the answers but I do have a friend who has Macular Degeneration and she is still knitting the most gorgeous garments.
With best wishes,
Cnut
hi, I have glaucoma but but not macula; my mum has macula and like the other poster suggested, please get in touch with the Macular Society as they can help you a great deal with information and with people you can talk to and listen in to group sessions and activities .
I was put on Simbrinza 3 years it was working well until both of my local pharmacies were unable to get it which is still the case, I now used Brinzolomide and Brimonodine twice a day and Ganfort at night. Best wishes
