just diagnosed glaucoma, shocking, probably need to see consultant for a whole life. If you are lucky to find a nice kind consultant in london, please can you post here or pm me. I just saw a consultant from moorfield, he is not perfect one for long term, he said the condition is pretty bad…..😢Thank you.

I see Mr Azarpod at Moorfields- he’s been brilliant, it’s been five years now, he’s done two trabs for me. You are right you need to trust your consultant as it’s a long relationship. Good luck.

Google Prof Rupert Bourne...he works at Addenbrookes and Moorfields as far as I know...and is very highly regarded. Private or NHS - and no pressure! I also had SLT with him a few year ago which worked well for a couple of years - later had Cataracts removed and that keeps pressures down and improved my vision all in one go! Ater care involved putting different drops i your eye for a few days after cataract removed - to prevent infection. Told not to rub it (!) and i tried not to lie on that side when in bed for a week or two...just take some care and that is all! A check up a couple of weeks later and then that was it,..All ok.
